Construction of the new production hall is making headway
Behind exist production hall is growing new 2100 m2 large production hall now. Hall will be eqquipped of two16 tonnage portal derricks a offers many place for the new projects. Construction will be finnished at spring of 2017.

Visit from city hall
We are pleased about the visit of the governor of the Pardubice Region JUDr. Martin Netolický Ph. D., accompanied by the leading members of the government of the city Moravská Třebová.
We discused about future cooperation in the technical training of young people and the systematic training of skilled workers. During the subsequent company visit the leaders gained an insight into the modern production methods and the variety of technologies which protechnik consulting s.r.o. used.

Four high-performance machining center put into operation!
Since December 2014 we have four high performance horizontal milling centers Mori Seiki NH5000DCG type in operation. The machines are fitted top. For the highly accurate and efficient processing of complex components, the machines are equipped with direct measuring systems, tool breakage detection, and high-pressure coolant pumps with controlled cooling of the emulsion.
The machines are fully equipped with Lang clamping system.

High performance five axis machining center put into operation!
We have put into operation in March 2014 a high performance horizontal axis milling center Mori Seiki NMH5000DCG. The machine is equipped top for the highly accurate and efficient processing of complex components, the machine has direct measuring systems, tool breakage detection, and high-pressure coolant pumps with automatic cooling of the emulsion. The machine also has an automatic pallet changer and 120 tool positions HSK100. The maximum torque on the spindle is 1,000 Nm! The machine is optimally suited for highly productive heavy machining and ensures the shortest maturities with the highest precision.
The machine is completely equipped with long-zero voltage and clamping devices.
